Henry Anderson-Brown - Wood fired Earthenware Mug

Henry Anderson-Brown is an Artist based in Norwich. His practice is centred around creating decorative and functional pieces with distinctive mark making and use of texture. All of Henry's work is handmade in Norwich using a variety of materials. 

These wood-fired earthenware mugs are handcrafted and finished in a warm yellow glaze, decorated with hand-applied white slip detailing. The wood-firing process creates natural surface variation, ensuring each mug has its own unique character.

Made using traditional ceramic techniques, these handmade earthenware mugs are both functional and decorative. Subtle differences in colour, texture, and pattern are a natural result of the firing process and make every piece one of a kind.
