Lily Pearmain - Ash Glaze Bud Vase

 

Lily Pearmain is a London-based ceramic artist creating distinctive wood-fired ceramics that celebrate the beauty of handmade craftsmanship. Originally from Norwich, Lily draws inspiration from traditional British Studio Pottery, focusing on form, texture, and the expressive marks left by the making process. Each piece is thoughtfully made in her London studio, combining timeless techniques with a contemporary aesthetic.

The Ash Glaze Bud Vase has a gorgeous round belly and attached handles. Thrown in a buff stoneware clay and then finished with a beautiful soft grey ash glaze which retains the drama of a wood firing in it’s surface.
